Here are some questions that I am frequently asked. :-P

How do you make screencaps?
In the program that I use on my computer, it has a small button which you can click to take screencaps. There are many programs which you can simply set to take automatic screencaps, where as with mine you have to click every tme you want to capture a picture. I prefer to click every time, because that way you can get the best screencap opportunities presented in a film. :-)

What program do you use to make screencaps?
I use the program InterVideo WinDVD Platinum 6. A very nice program, though it is somewhat limited in other areas.

Can you make larger screencaps?
Recently I downloaded a program which other screencap sites use, and I tested it. I took some screencaps which I had taken with my own program, and then compared them. Even though the other program allowed for the capability of having large screencaps, I noticed that the quality was not quite the same. The larger ones were very slightly grainier. I have made this site to give the best quality I can find, and unfortunately that means that I look for best quality imagery, rather than screencap size. Sorry for the inconvenience! If you do happen to find a program which will make large screencaps that are very high quality, then feel free to email me!

Could you update more often?
Please note that I am the only one who takes screencaps for this website. I alone. No one else. (Though I am reconsidering that now.) I have busy times of the year where it becomes difficult for me to update regularly. I love this site and will continue to maintain it. I will also try to update more often, but please have patience!

Can I contribute screencaps?
There is only one reason why I have not allowed any contributors so far, and that is because I have a fear that the screencaps will not be the same as mine. However, I am now willing to try some people out, so if you want to contribute, please visit the Want to Contribute? section of the site! (I'm eager to find some help!)

Could you screencap some TV shows?
When I first opened this website the point of it was to have a large, high quality collection of movie screencaps. I do get a lot of requests though, and so now I am in the process of determining whether or not I would like to start screencapping TV shows. Keep on visiting, and you never know, one day there may just be some TV shows up here! :-)
